  Eric did a great job with the estimate and supervising of the roof install. He sent prompt replies for all correspondence. He went above and beyond by moving a roof sink vent to a better location. His team had to work around a hot water solar heater, and they also added more roof ventilation ducting, which will help during the hot Florida summers. I would highly recommend Assurance Residential.

  Eric Sawyer was MORE than helpful in addressing our roof leak! After a storm this past week, Eric was responsive and offered help immediately. After I sent photos of our leak and the roof, he had an idea of what may have caused the leak, but he still drove over an hour to see the damage in person and make sure his theory was correct. He worked for an hour double and triple checking to make sure he found the source of the leak. My only regret is that his business is not closer to us in Pace, FL, but mind you, I will still be referring my friends and family to him for any roofing needs! Straight up 10/10!
